As part of its commitment to wellness and growth during Mental Health Awareness Month, the district was proud to offer “Manifesting Your Future: A Visualization & Vision Board Workshop” – an interactive professional development session designed to help educators and students tap into the power of mental imagery and intention-setting.

Led by Dr. Dina Pannone and Nicole Bjarnason, this inspiring workshop gave participants the tools to activate neural pathways, reduce stress and set meaningful goals through the creation of personalized vision boards. Educators walked away with practical strategies for using visualization in both personal growth and classroom instruction, enhancing both curriculum and emotional well-being.

“It was such a joy to work alongside our district’s incredible teachers,” Dr. Pannone said. “I’m so grateful for the way everyone embraced the experience and shared their vision boards with honesty, creativity and heart. Watching them articulate what they hope to manifest in the year ahead was truly powerful. Thank you to all who participated for your enthusiasm, openness, and commitment to making both mental health and future planning a priority. We look forward to seeing the amazing outcomes you bring to life.”
